Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EzgUsbCom.dll
2.Extract EzgUsbCom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EzgUsbCom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EzgUsbCom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EzgUsbCom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EzgUsbCom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EzgUsbCom.dll and press Enter.
