Using the zip or rar file
1.Download e1cmsg.dll
2.Extract e1cmsg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract e1cmsg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting e1cmsg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract e1cmsg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place e1cmsg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 e1cmsg.dll and press Enter.
