Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eEBWSDPortRsv.dll
2.Extract eEBWSDPortRsv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eEBWSDPortRsv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eEBWSDPortRsv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eEBWSDPortRsv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eEBWSDPortRsv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eEBWSDPortRsv.dll and press Enter.
