Using the zip or rar file
1.Download enggfrwk.dll
2.Extract enggfrwk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract enggfrwk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting enggfrwk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract enggfrwk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place enggfrwk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 enggfrwk.dll and press Enter.
