Using the zip or rar file
1.Download es2PPcfg.dll
2.Extract es2PPcfg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract es2PPcfg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting es2PPcfg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract es2PPcfg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place es2PPcfg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 es2PPcfg.dll and press Enter.
