Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EBCCRFormula.dll
2.Extract EBCCRFormula.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EBCCRFormula.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EBCCRFormula.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EBCCRFormula.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EBCCRFormula.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EBCCRFormula.dll and press Enter.
