Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EFSComm.dll
2.Extract EFSComm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EFSComm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EFSComm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EFSComm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EFSComm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EFSComm.dll and press Enter.
