Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EIDusbdll.dll
2.Extract EIDusbdll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EIDusbdll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EIDusbdll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EIDusbdll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EIDusbdll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EIDusbdll.dll and press Enter.
