Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ES.BLL.dll
2.Extract ES.BLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ES.BLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ES.BLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ES.BLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ES.BLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ES.BLL.dll and press Enter.
