Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EZDcx.dll
2.Extract EZDcx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EZDcx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EZDcx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EZDcx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EZDcx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EZDcx.dll and press Enter.
