Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EarthLights.dll
2.Extract EarthLights.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EarthLights.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EarthLights.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EarthLights.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EarthLights.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EarthLights.dll and press Enter.
