Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EdistTopo50r.dll
2.Extract EdistTopo50r.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EdistTopo50r.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EdistTopo50r.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EdistTopo50r.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EdistTopo50r.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EdistTopo50r.dll and press Enter.
