Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll
2.Extract Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Elecroc.WinFirewall.dll and press Enter.
