Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll
2.Extract EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EmrSysWebservices.XmlSerializers.dll and press Enter.
