Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ExpConverter.dll
2.Extract ExpConverter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ExpConverter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ExpConverter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ExpConverter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ExpConverter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ExpConverter.dll and press Enter.
