Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eS2p3CFG.dll
2.Extract eS2p3CFG.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eS2p3CFG.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eS2p3CFG.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eS2p3CFG.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eS2p3CFG.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eS2p3CFG.dll and press Enter.
