Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eplOT900asu.dll
2.Extract eplOT900asu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eplOT900asu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eplOT900asu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eplOT900asu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eplOT900asu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eplOT900asu.dll and press Enter.
