Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eswia3E.dll
2.Extract eswia3E.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eswia3E.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eswia3E.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eswia3E.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eswia3E.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eswia3E.dll and press Enter.
