Using the zip or rar file
1.Download E0GDUCNT.dll
2.Extract E0GDUCNT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract E0GDUCNT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting E0GDUCNT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract E0GDUCNT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place E0GDUCNT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 E0GDUCNT.dll and press Enter.
