Using the zip or rar file
1.Download E21ImportGuiResu.dll
2.Extract E21ImportGuiResu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract E21ImportGuiResu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting E21ImportGuiResu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract E21ImportGuiResu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place E21ImportGuiResu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 E21ImportGuiResu.dll and press Enter.
