Using the zip or rar file
1.Download E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll
2.Extract E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 E5AN_TH_TCPlug_eng.dll and press Enter.
