Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EDWatchFra.dll
2.Extract EDWatchFra.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EDWatchFra.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EDWatchFra.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EDWatchFra.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EDWatchFra.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EDWatchFra.dll and press Enter.
