Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EEP32A.dll
2.Extract EEP32A.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EEP32A.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EEP32A.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EEP32A.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EEP32A.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EEP32A.dll and press Enter.
