Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ErFileCom.dll
2.Extract ErFileCom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ErFileCom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ErFileCom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ErFileCom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ErFileCom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ErFileCom.dll and press Enter.
