Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ExportXlsToDownload.dll
2.Extract ExportXlsToDownload.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ExportXlsToDownload.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ExportXlsToDownload.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ExportXlsToDownload.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ExportXlsToDownload.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ExportXlsToDownload.dll and press Enter.
