Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eB8mCIP.dll
2.Extract eB8mCIP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eB8mCIP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eB8mCIP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eB8mCIP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eB8mCIP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eB8mCIP.dll and press Enter.
