Using the zip or rar file
1.Download em2utxhf.dll
2.Extract em2utxhf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract em2utxhf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting em2utxhf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract em2utxhf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place em2utxhf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 em2utxhf.dll and press Enter.
