Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ep3kwap.dll
2.Extract ep3kwap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ep3kwap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ep3kwap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ep3kwap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ep3kwap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ep3kwap.dll and press Enter.
