Using the zip or rar file
1.Download expatcxx.dll
2.Extract expatcxx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract expatcxx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting expatcxx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract expatcxx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place expatcxx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 expatcxx.dll and press Enter.
