Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll
2.Extract EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EMT.EMPlus.DataAccess.dll and press Enter.
