Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EPLS054R.dll
2.Extract EPLS054R.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EPLS054R.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EPLS054R.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EPLS054R.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EPLS054R.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EPLS054R.dll and press Enter.
