Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll
2.Extract EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EPMsgH2kDc2Ent.dll and press Enter.
