Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ETSMAPI.dll
2.Extract ETSMAPI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ETSMAPI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ETSMAPI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ETSMAPI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ETSMAPI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ETSMAPI.dll and press Enter.
