Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ETVDiff.dll
2.Extract ETVDiff.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ETVDiff.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ETVDiff.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ETVDiff.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ETVDiff.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ETVDiff.dll and press Enter.
