Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll
2.Extract EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EagleLTERRCDecoder.dll and press Enter.
