Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EarthAtmJ71G.dll
2.Extract EarthAtmJ71G.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EarthAtmJ71G.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EarthAtmJ71G.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EarthAtmJ71G.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EarthAtmJ71G.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EarthAtmJ71G.dll and press Enter.
