Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EthernetIPCB.dll
2.Extract EthernetIPCB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract EthernetIPCB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EthernetIPCB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EthernetIPCB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EthernetIPCB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EthernetIPCB.dll and press Enter.
