Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eCPAAC990Dll.dll
2.Extract eCPAAC990Dll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eCPAAC990Dll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eCPAAC990Dll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eCPAAC990Dll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eCPAAC990Dll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eCPAAC990Dll.dll and press Enter.
