Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll
2.Extract eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eFK0xXcgYLyc.dll and press Enter.
