Using the zip or rar file
1.Download eSettings.Model.Library.dll
2.Extract eSettings.Model.Library.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract eSettings.Model.Library.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting eSettings.Model.Library.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract eSettings.Model.Library.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place eSettings.Model.Library.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 eSettings.Model.Library.dll and press Enter.
