Using the zip or rar file
1.Download edel40.dll
2.Extract edel40.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract edel40.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting edel40.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract edel40.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place edel40.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 edel40.dll and press Enter.
