Using the zip or rar file
1.Download env.gex.dll
2.Extract env.gex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract env.gex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting env.gex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract env.gex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place env.gex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 env.gex.dll and press Enter.
