Using the zip or rar file
1.Download etreacLOC.dll
2.Extract etreacLOC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract etreacLOC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting etreacLOC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract etreacLOC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place etreacLOC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 etreacLOC.dll and press Enter.
