Using the zip or rar file
1.Download exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll
2.Extract exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 exportcomputerdvaviaddondll.resources.dll and press Enter.
