Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FPUI3A.DLL
2.Extract FPUI3A.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract FPUI3A.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FPUI3A.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FPUI3A.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FPUI3A.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FPUI3A.DLL and press Enter.
