Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FTCHOOK.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
