Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FTCINIS.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
