Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FWBase.dll
2.Extract FWBase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FWBase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FWBase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FWBase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FWBase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FWBase.dll and press Enter.
