Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23
2.Extract FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FmtPlus0.dll 4, 8, 0, 23 and press Enter.
