Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Fn3Res.dll
2.Extract Fn3Res.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Fn3Res.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Fn3Res.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Fn3Res.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Fn3Res.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Fn3Res.dll and press Enter.
